Join to apply for the Graduate Conference Producer role at Kisaco ResearchAs a Graduate Producer, you’ll help drive every part of the campaign process, from researching cutting‑edge topics and engaging confidently with C‑level executives, to securing world‑leading expert speakers, managing logistics and keeping multiple projects on track simultaneously. It’s a role for a driven, proactive, sociable and detail‑focused graduate with strong prioritisation skills and the ability to stay composed while managing competing demands within a collaborative, ambitious team.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct in‑depth market research and analysis to create relevant, commercially viable events.Collaborate with industry experts and thought leaders to develop engaging agendas.Develop ideas for creative digital content to support commercial campaign.Identify and recruit high‑profile speakers and moderators; build deep‑industry relationships with a desire to understand organisational structures, business cycles and needs.Work with the marketing campaign manager to identify appropriate marketing channels and ensure the correct market segments are reached.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotion strategies.Identify potential sponsors and work with the Commercial Partnerships Manager to agree on the sales plan for your event campaign.Work with speakers, consultants, journalists and other information providers to source and repurpose materials for content marketing.Build the identity and create buzz around each event with the marketer in the build‑up to and during the conference through social media, including LinkedIn.Develop and manage budgets for each conference, ensuring financial goals are met.Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution.Manage onsite delivery of the event, gaining feedback from attendees to improve positioning, content development and direction of that event as well as any ideas for spin‑off or related topics.Skills & ExperienceGraduated or graduating with a 2:1 or above.Analytical, commercially minded and dynamic.Able to articulate and present complex information in an engaging and simple way.Great communication skills, both written and verbal; English fluency and right to work in the UK.Ability to write crisp, engaging copy for technical or scientific audiences.Highly organised, methodical and process‑driven.High level of attention to detail.Behaviours & AttributesAmbition and drive: Demonstrates a strong desire to succeed, setting high standards and striving for continuous improvement.Flexibility under pressure: Adapts quickly to changing circumstances, remaining calm, accurate and solution‑oriented when challenges arise.Collaboration: Works effectively as part of a team, contributing positively and supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals.Innovation: Stays abreast of industry trends and new technologies to improve event delivery.Resilience and adaptability: Maintains focus and performance in demanding situations, showing persistence and a positive attitude.What You’ll GetCareer progression based on performance, not tenure£100 personal development budget & £200 personal wellness budgetHybrid working (3 days in office, 2 from home)Access to the best tech including Gong and Sales Navigator25 days of annual leave (in addition to bank holidays) + an extra day off for your birthday each year (up to 30 days total)Regular social and charitable events and annual Summer & Christmas partiesA role with purpose helping shape the future of key global industriesLocation: London, England, United Kingdom #J-18808-Ljbffr
