  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, etc.) to deliver on project requirements.

  • Present and justify design ideas to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback and iterating as necessary.

Are we the perfect match?

  • 3-5 years of professional design experience in a studio, agency, or in-house environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse digital and print work.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite  - Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Photoshop and Figma, with expertise in vector drawing and adherence to brand guidelines.

  • Solid understanding of design principles, print production processes, and a commitment to detail and design excellence.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively.

  • Adaptable and eager to learn new tools and applications to enhance creative capabilities.

It would be great if you had:

  • Knowledge of accessibility principles, digital export systems (e.g., LottieFiles), and familiarity with work management tools like Asana, Ziflow, and Google Suite.

  • Proactive problem-solver with a curious spirit, eager to learn, expand responsibilities, and embrace new technologies and workflows.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidence in decision-making, driven by a desire for continuous improvement.

  • A collaborative team player committed to contributing to team success while adapting comfortably to ambiguity.

  • Initiative-taker with a forward-thinking mindset, always seeking opportunities to grow and enhance processes.

Here’s what else you need to know:

  • Location – London E.ON Next, 47-53 Charterhouse Street, Farringdon, London, EC1M 6PB - with travel to our other sites when required.

  • Working environment: Flexible hybrid working – a blend of in the office and home working.

  • Work life balance – we work Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM to service our customers and make sure they have an unforgettable experience.

  • 26 days holiday plus bank holidays each year – this includes a guaranteed day off for your birthday if you want it.
