Our team of experts physically check 100% of our products.Designer Exchange has created a safe store environment and website platform for customers to buy and sell luxury items.

**The purpose of the role is**:

- Competitively pricing all categories through our company portal
- Research and create descriptions for all items
- Create attributes and accurately describe products
- Quality control of products to meet company standards
- Liaise with relative departments at all stages
- Work within a team towards operational and commercial objectives
- Assist with ensuring that key department KPI’s are met
- Follow the delegation of management
- Supporting buyers and wider team on ad hoc projects
- Good understanding of price negotiation
- Good understanding of brand and departmental margin targets
- Respond to customer care enquiries regarding pricing and quotes
- Have a passion for the resale industry and sustainability
- Enthusiasm for fashion and follows current trends
- Have an interest in the designer items that we buy and sell
- Be experienced in the luxury retail environment
- Be able to use a internal portals and be proficient in G-suite (particularly Google Sheets)
- Be a fast learner who can follow delegated tasks
- Pay close attention to detail and accuracy
- Be open to training and development
- Proactive with an eagerness to learn, develop and work
- Existing experience and knowledge is preferred within the luxury industry
- Understand our company ethos and unique selling point
- Have excellent communication skills - both verbal and written - a high standard of written and spoken English is essential

**Salary**: £25,000

Schedule: 40 hours per week with weekend availability

Experience: Minimum one year experience within buying or the high end luxury goods industry

Office Based: Brompton Road Knightsbridge

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
