Document Controller for Architecture Practice in East LondonSalary Guide: £34,000 – £40,000A leading London architecture practice is seeking an organised and detail-driven Document Controller to join their collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an award-winning studio renowned for delivering high-profile projects across sectors including commercial, hospitality, heritage, and retrofit.The successful Document Controller will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination and quality of project documentation. Key responsibilitiesLiaising with internal teams, clients, and consultants to upload and share reports, drawings, and specifications.Managing incoming and outgoing drawings and technical documents with accuracy and consistency.Maintaining exceptional quality control across all documentation.Preparing drawing issue sheets for the formal issuance of drawings and technical documents.Supporting the design process by ensuring seamless document coordination.Ensure compliance with ISO 19650-2 and UK National Annex.The successful candidate will have:Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Document Controller within architecture, engineering, or design industries.Proficiency in Excel and Revit is highly desirable.Strong knowledge Asite, Aconex, Union Square, Autodesk Docs.Familiarity with construction/architectural workflows and ISO standards.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.Adaptable, efficient, and able to manage time effectively.Benefits:A vibrant studio culture with weekly breakfasts, monthly socials, and seasonal parties.EOT profit-sharing scheme.Training and mentoring to support professional development.Job #27304
