To be able to make the most of it you need to live and breathe our principles:Think without limits - Think fast, think fearlessly, and take the team with youOwn it and back yourself - Own the basics, own your role and own the resultsBe relevant - Relevant to our people, our partners and the planetAre you ready to join the Fearless?Job DescriptionThis is a 12 month Placement Year as part of your university course, with a start date of Summer 2026The Role:Working alongside other Junior Accountants and reporting into a supervisor the placement will give you exposure to different areas within Finance: Management accounts, FP&A and Group ReportingPut your analytical skills to the test; gathering data and finding out the exact trend that can be acted upon to reduce costs and/or improve efficiency of a business operationYou will be involved in understanding and improving cost reporting through departments to provide further insight and support a business unit in their decision-making processSupporting an area of the group’s financial forecasting and budgeting activitiesProcessing accounting entries and numerous recharges within our UK Group subsidiaries ensuring completion of month-end processes within the required deadlinesAnalysing/posting prepayments and accruals with the result of reconciling the balance sheetAd-hoc project analysis to support any significant investments or business acquisitionsQualificationsCurrently completing an Accounting + Finance or similar relevant Degree.
