Job Description This is a 12 month Placement Year as part of your university course, with a start date of Summer 2026 The Role: Working alongside other Junior Accountants and reporting into a supervisor the placement will give you exposure to different areas within Finance: Management accounts, FP&A and Group Reporting Put your analytical skills to the test; gathering data and finding out the exact trend that can be acted upon to reduce costs and/or improve efficiency of a business operation You will be involved in understanding and improving cost reporting through departments to provide further insight and support a business unit in their decision-making process Supporting an area of the group’s financial forecasting and budgeting activities Processing accounting entries and numerous recharges within our UK Group subsidiaries ensuring completion of month-end processes within the required deadlines Analysing/posting prepayments and accruals with the result of reconciling the balance sheet Ad-hoc project analysis to support any significant investments or business acquisitions Qualifications Currently completing an Accounting + Finance or similar relevant Degree.
