About the RoleWe are recruiting a compassionate, reliable, and hands-on Support Worker to join a specialist SEN provision in Leeds. This setting supports children and young people with a wide range of complex needs, including physical disabilities, medical conditions, autism, PMLD, communication difficulties, and sensory processing needs.Pupils in this provision require a highly structured, patient, and nurturing environment. Many are non-verbal or pre-verbal, use alternative communication systems, and may require full assistance with mobility, personal care, and daily routines.
