Role: - Support Worker - Leeds Pay Rates: - £13.68 - £15.69 per hour (including holiday pay) Pay Rates (not including holiday pay): - £12.21 - £14 per hour Location: - Leeds and West Yorkshire Shifts: - Days and Nights and Sleep Shifts Are you a Health Care Assistant and you would like to have some flexibility in your shifts? We welcome you to join our passionate and dedicated team at Servoca Nursing & Care Support Worker - Responsibilities will include: Assist Support adults with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care. Encourage independence by helping individuals make choices and develop life skills. Assist with attending appointments, activities, and community events. Respond calmly and professionally to challenging behaviour, using de-escalation techniques and following behaviour support plans. Monitor and promote physical and emotional well-being, reporting any concerns to senior staff. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team and families. What we offer our Support Workers Hourly Pay from £12.21 - £14.00 plus Holiday Pay Optional workplace pension scheme Flexible hours to suit your other commitments. Weekly pay A dedicated consultant On hand support 24 hours per day. Free Mandatory training Opportunities to learn new skill sets.
