We refer candidates to Mercor that collaborates with world’s leading AI research labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models.Organization: MercorPosition: PK/PD Module Expert: Translational / Clinical Pharmacology Decision-MakerReferral partner: Crossing HurdlesType: Hourly ContractCompensation: $175–$250/hourLocation: RemoteDuration: Varies by project (1–3 months typical)Commitment: 10–40 hours/weekRole Responsibilities:Write “golden” FIH dose rationales and escalation strategies for representative drug programs.Translate senior translational decision-making heuristics into clear, structured rubrics for AI evaluation.Identify when model-based recommendations are insufficient and surface real-world decision trade-offs.Provide governance-level reasoning around dose selection, exposure, safety, and translational risk.Convert narrative judgment into explicit decision rules that reflect best practices in clinical pharmacology.Requirements:Strong years of experience in translational or clinical pharmacology roles within major biopharma, biotech, or consulting.Direct experience owning FIH starting dose, SAD/MAD designs, and Phase 2 dose selection for multiple assets.Proven governance exposure: IND sign-off, dose justification memos, or exposure–response presentations.Strong ability to integrate tox, PK, PD, potency, and MoA data into actionable dose decisions.Skilled at defending dose/exposure rationale in front of senior leadership or regulatory teams.Experience leading clinical pharmacology strategy for ≥2–3 assets.(Important) Not just a modeling profile — must have real decision accountability.Application process: (Takes 20 min)Upload resumeAI interview based on your resume (15 min)Submit form
