Join Aon’s Project Consultancy team and help shape the future of retirement consulting.What You’ll Be DoingDesigning and delivering large-scale programmes aligned to client strategy.Building strong relationships with clients, administrators, advisors, third party providers and internal teams.Developing programme plans, governance frameworks, and reporting structures.Facilitating steering groups and programme-level meetings.Handling risks, interdependencies, and resource needs across projects.Providing strategic insight and challenge to ensure alignment with evolving client goals.Supporting clients in interpreting and implementing pension reform and policy changes.Coordinating multiple projects to ensure timely, efficient, and budget-conscious delivery.What Makes This Role DifferentAon is a recognised market leader in Risk Settlement, GMP Equalisation, Member Options, Data Projects and Pensions Dashboards.
