This is a unique opportunity to shape Lumene Group’s presence across key retail and third-party e-commerce partners, driving strategic results and brand growth both in-store and online.You will report to Regional Director UK & Global E-commerce and will be based in our office in central London.About the positionAs Key Account Manager, you will play a vital role in expanding Lumene Group’s presence and driving brand success across the UK market. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with stakeholders, optimizing sales strategies, and consistently meeting ambitious sales and profit targets. You will lead commercial negotiations to secure top-tier product placement and merchandising across both retail and e-commerce channels. This position also involves managing sales forecasting, analyzing market trends and monitoring competitors to ensure Lumene Group’s ongoing competitive edge in the beauty industry.The role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders to drive sales and brand growth.Full ownership of your account’s P&L to meet sales and profit targets.Lead commercial negotiations and collaborate with Buying & Merchandising teams for optimal product placement and pricing.Manage account strategies, sales forecasting and budgeting.Work together with cross-functional teams to deliver your account’s P&L.Monitor competitor activities and market trends to implement strategies that secure Lumene Group’s competitive advantage.Does this sound like you?You have a strategic mindset and use your analytical skills to make informed decisions based on data and market trends, which promotes both growth and long-term sustainability. You are proactive and eager to learn, thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and has an entrepreneurial and solution-oriented approach in what you do.What we believe you haveA couple of years’ experience working with sales within FMCG or retail.
