As Maintenance Manager, you will:Lead the maintenance function across both hotelsSupport pre-opening activities including snagging, commissioning, asset lists, and contractor coordinationImplement Marriott engineering and safety standards to ensure full complianceBuild and develop a skilled maintenance team that reflects our commitment to Talent and GrowthChampion Knowledge through structured preventative maintenance and best-practice engineeringPromote a safe, inclusive work environment aligned with our value of DiversityEnsure statutory, H&S, fire safety, water safety, electrical and mechanical complianceWork collaboratively with the General Manager, DGM, and project teams throughout the opening phaseAbout YouWe’re seeking a Maintenance professional who brings:Hotel or multi-site facilities experienceStrong understanding of compliance and safetyConfidence managing contractors, systems, and pre-opening processesA hands-on approach with excellent organisation and follow-throughLeadership ability to grow and motivate a small engineering teamA mindset aligned with our Four Pillars — developing Talent, sharing Knowledge, championing Diversity, and driving GrowthIf you want to make your mark on a major new hotel opening, this is an exceptional opportunity.You’ll join a team where your expertise will shape two new landmark properties in Belfast.
