This hybrid role offers excellent flexibility — 4 days working from home with 1 day in their dog-friendly Lewes-area office.This is an ideal opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys variety, values autonomy, and wants to play a key role in shaping people practices, employee experience and organisational change.The RoleAs the HR Advisor, you’ll deliver a responsive and people-focused HR service across the organisation. You’ll support managers and employees on a broad range of HR matters including:Employee relations, absence, conduct, capability & grievanceRecruitment support and organisational changeHR policy advice, reviews and updatesEmployee rights, entitlements & best practiceTUPE processes (in and out)HR reporting, communications & continuous improvementSupporting and deputising for the HR Director when requiredAssisting with workshops, briefings and HR initiativesContributing to organisational and cultural change programmesWhat We’re Looking ForStrong HR advisory experience across generalist HR and ERGood working knowledge of employment law, HR policies & TUPEClear and confident written and verbal communicationAbility to build positive relationships at all levelsHR systems experience and strong IT skillsExcellent organisation and attention to detailAbility to handle sensitive information confidentiallyProactive, adaptable and comfortable working independentlyExperience in neurodiversity-related HR (bonus, not essential)Why Apply?4 days per week from home1 day in the office (near Lewes)Dog-friendly workplaceVaried and meaningful HR role with development opportunitiesClose collaboration with an experienced HR Director📩 To apply or find out more, please email your CV to: chloe.morris@lhh.com
