HR Advisor – Hybrid (near Lewes) – 4 Days from Home Full-time | 37.5 hours | Dog-friendly office Recruiting via LHH – Exclusive Opportunity LHH are excited to be partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit a proactive and confident HR Advisor to join their growing team. This hybrid role offers excellent flexibility — 4 days working from home with 1 day in their dog-friendly Lewes-area office . This is an ideal opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys variety, values autonomy, and wants to play a key role in shaping people practices, employee experience and organisational change. The Role As the HR Advisor, you’ll deliver a responsive and people-focused HR service across the organisation. You’ll support managers and employees on a broad range of HR matters including: Employee relations, absence, conduct, capability & grievance Recruitment support and organisational change HR policy advice, reviews and updates Employee rights, entitlements & best practice TUPE processes (in and out) HR reporting, communications & continuous improvement Supporting and deputising for the HR Director when required Assisting with workshops, briefings and HR initiatives Contributing to organisational and cultural change programmes What We’re Looking For Strong HR advisory experience across generalist HR and ER Good working knowledge of employment law, HR policies & TUPE Clear and confident written and verbal communication Ability to build positive relationships at all levels HR systems experience and strong IT skills Excellent organisation and attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working independently Experience in neurodiversity-related HR (bonus, not essential) Why Apply?4 days per week from home 1 day in the office (near Lewes) Dog-friendly workplace Varied and meaningful HR role with development opportunities Close collaboration with an experienced HR Director 📩 To apply or find out more, please email your CV to: chloe.morris@lhh.com
