This role involves ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of office operations, including administration, procurement, and finance.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesAdministrationAssisting in various daily operations and other staff when required for administrative assistance.Sending and receiving documents for the companyScanning, photocopying and filing documentsConducting research and compiling data upon requestResponsible for managing company mobile enquiriesManaging inventory of assets Procurement Assisting in ensuring that the procurement rules and procedures are followed through all procurement activities.Raising the payment request and Submit the PO.BookkeepingResponsible for bookkeeping and record keepingOthers Answering and vetting incoming telephone calls and transferring these through to the correct person or department, checking the info.uk when reception is unavailableOther support tasks as requestedKnowledge and skills Familiar with most IT packages (Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook).Proficient in Chinese and EnglishExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCompetences Able to communicate well at all levelsReliable, flexible and punctual.An ability to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlinesTime management, planning, and organisational skills
