If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join our European marketing team and play a key role in driving local engagement, fostering customer relationships, and delivering impactful marketing initiatives.Key responsibilitiesCustomer engagement & lead generation: Build strong relationships with customers through direct engagement, driving lead generation and boosting sales.Local marketing activities: Take ownership of field promotions, events, and collaborations with distribution partners to grow our presence in the UK.Brand building: Contribute to enhancing our brand visibility and nurturing customer relationships.Sponsorship & exhibitions: Evaluate potential sponsorship, exhibition & speaking opportunities at local events and conferences, providing feedback to guide strategic decisions.Event management: Organise and support local events, ensuring seamless execution in collaboration with the demand generation team. Capture and upload leads into Pardot/Salesforce to maximise impact.Distribution partner relations: Engage and collaborate with distribution partners on their local marketing activities and provide sales enablement materials to their teams. Media/industry partner relations: Develop and grow press engagement opportunities and have close relationships with local institutions and federations.Content localisation: Localise and adapt marketing assets to suit the UK market, ensuring relevance and effectiveness and keep the website up-to-date with the latest local news and updates. Content creation: Create select local content pieces to complement the content provided by the divisions. Data coordination: Support segmentation projects and manage the use of local data to target the right audience effectively.Collaboration: Work closely with local inside sales teams, field sales teams, and division marketing to align efforts and maximise results.Resource planning: Plan and coordinate locations, materials, staffing, and other resources for field marketing initiatives.Key skillsStrong understanding of local marketing strategies and event planning. Proficiency in using CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Pardot) tools. Excellent organisational and project management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach. Flexible personality that can prioritise multiple tasks to build a strong and effective marketing plan. Collaborative team player with the ability to work across departments and functions.Cultural awareness and openness to work with geographically dispersed and diverse teams. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Qualifications & experienceBachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field. Certifications in marketing or event management are preferred. 5 - 8 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or similar role. Experience in working with distribution partners and managing partner relationships. Experience with organising and facilitating customer-facing events. Highly proficient written and spoken English language skills Familiarity with the construction industry is preferred.Proven knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, CMS, PPC and Adobe suite.Flexible to regularly travel within the UK and occasionally to other European countries.
