With consumer behaviour shifting and own-label strengthening, the brand is looking for someone who can bring clarity, energy, and fresh thinking to a strategically important part of its range.The OpportunityJoining the marketing team at a critical moment, you’ll take ownership of two core product portfolios and play a central role in shaping their future. This is not a BAU role, it’s a hands-on, change-driven position ideal for someone who enjoys diagnosing problems quickly and landing meaningful improvements.You will:Take full responsibility for portfolio strategy, identifying gaps and opportunitiesLead NPD and innovation projects from concept through to deliveryUse data to assess what’s missing and build a pipeline that drives valueHelp develop propositions that differentiate the brand in a competitive categoryWork cross-functionally with a global innovation hubBring energy, pace, and a solutions-focused mindset to the teamDrive the evolution of the Packaging Roadmap & New Product DevelopmentDeliver customer specific packs across selected retailers Support the delivery of Value Engineering Projects across portfolioWhy This Role?A heritage Food brand with huge consumer recognitionBacked by a large international group with strong investment in innovationFull ownership and autonomy to shape a high-profile portfolioA chance to deliver real impact within 12 months, with products still in market long after your contract endsQuarterly global travelCollaborative, values-led culture with all commercial functions under one roofStunning office environment with a big emphasis on teamwork and wellbeingTo apply directly, please send a copy of your CV to eadie@signaturecm.co.uk.
