About the Role In this position, you’ll begin learning the core principles of people management, customer service, and operational performance. You’ll work alongside experienced team members, gaining first-hand exposure to customer outreach, enquiry handling, campaign activity and daily business operations. From day one, you’ll receive ongoing coaching and tailored development to help you grow into a confident and capable manager within Balticco. Key Responsibilities Support the team with customer-facing campaigns and acquisition activities. Learn how to oversee customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships. Assist with enquiries, customer updates and accurate record management. Represent Balticco professionally during in-person customer interactions. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Contribute to team targets, performance expectations and overall business growth. Take part in regular training to develop your product knowledge, commercial awareness and leadership skills. Skills & Attributes Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A positive, motivated attitude and willingness to learn. Strong organisational skills and good time management. Comfortable working in a team and taking initiative when appropriate. Reliable, honest and committed to delivering high-quality work. No previous management experience required — full training provided.
