We’re supporting a well-established & iconic Scottish business in its search for a Digital & Marketing Manager to oversee the development and delivery of its marketing and digital strategy.In this role, you’ll take ownership of all marketing activity across multiple customer touchpoints- ensuring campaigns, content, and digital channels are aligned, engaging and commercially impactful. You’ll lead a small team, work closely with senior stakeholders, and play a key role in driving brand consistency and business growth.What you’ll be responsible for:Developing and delivering an integrated marketing strategy aligned to business goalsLeading digital performance across website, SEO, CRM, paid media, social and email activityOverseeing brand management and ensuring cohesive visual and verbal identityManaging and mentoring a small marketing teamUsing data and analytics to measure performance and guide decision-makingDriving continuous improvement across all customer-facing channels and campaignsWhat we’re looking for:Experience in a similar digital/marketing management roleStrong grasp of digital channels, analytics and brand developmentCreative mindset with the ability to bring ideas to life across multiple mediumsConfident stakeholder manager with excellent project leadership skillsA proactive, commercially minded marketer who enjoys shaping strategy as much as executionAt Iconic Resourcing, we understand that not every candidate will meet every requirement listed.
