This is a permanent role based in London.As CRM Specialist, you will take ownership of delivering best-in-class CRM strategies designed to drive engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value. You will manage the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns, leveraging customer segmentation to deliver personalised journeys across email, SMS, and loyalty programmes.You will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital, Creative, and Ecommerce teams to ensure CRM activity aligns with brand and commercial objectives. This role is ideal for a creative yet analytical CRM professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns to drive engagement, retention & revenueManage customer segmentation, lifecycle journeys, and personalisation strategyAnalyse CRM performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future activityOversee email and SMS campaign builds, testing, scheduling, and reportingEnhance loyalty programme structure, communication, and customer experiencePartner with Ecommerce & Digital Trading to align CRM activity with commercial prioritiesWork with Creative to ensure messaging aligns with brand identity and toneMaintain CRM data integrity and compliance with GDPRStay informed on CRM technology trends, best practices, and competitor activityWhat We’re Looking For:Degree in Marketing, Business, or similar disciplineExperience in CRM, email marketing, or customer lifecycle roles within retail, fashion, or consumer brandsHands-on experience with CRM, ESP or CDP platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Salesforce, Emarsys)Strong analytical skills — ability to translate data into meaningful insightExcellent communication & stakeholder skillsCustomer-obsessed mindset with a commercial approachHighly organised, proactive, and detail-orientedWhat We Offer: Competitive salary + benefitsHybrid working – London HQFast-growing brand with international ambitionsCreative & collaborative team environmentOpportunities for learning & progressionPlease reach out to Gabby Zachrisson for more information.
