This is a great opportunity to join a well-established, high-growth organisation and take ownership of a motivated Sales Development team.What You’ll DoLead, mentor, and develop a team of 6 SDRs to exceed pipeline and activity targetsDrive outbound strategy, including messaging, cadences, and performance optimisationPartner closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure strong alignment across the funnelMonitor metrics and deliver regular reporting on pipeline performance and team effectivenessRun weekly 1:1s, coaching sessions, and ongoing training to elevate SDR capabilitiesContinuously refine processes to improve efficiency, conversion rates, and team cultureWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience managing SDR teams of 6+ peopleBackground in the tech industry—SaaS, CDN, Cybersecurity, or related fieldsStrong coaching skills and a track record of developing early-career talentData-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and make informed decisionsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skillsSomeone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentContract Details12-month FTC maternity coverHybrid role—3 days per week in London office
