A global technology is seeking a Legal Counsel (3+ PQE) to play a key role in its growing legal team. This position offers a rare opportunity to combine high-calibre M&A and commercial work with exposure to a wide range of emerging legal issues in a fast-moving, international environment.The Role: • M&A and investment activity, including due diligence, transaction documentation, and post-closing integration• Commercial contracts, drafting and negotiating agreements with suppliers, customers, and strategic partners• Corporate governance, assisting with board and shareholder matters across a multi-jurisdictional group• Employment and HR support, providing pragmatic advice and liaising with local counsel as required• Opportunities to broaden your experience into areas such as intellectual property, data protection, and AI regulationIdeal candidate: • Qualified solicitor 3+ years’ PQE, ideally gained in top-tier private practice (with secondment experience) or within a high-growth in-house environment• Strong grounding in corporate and commercial law, with demonstrable M&A experience• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills• Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced settingTo register an interest, please send through your CV to kwilliams@lawabsolute.comPlease note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide.
