Our client is a leading Insurance Company that offers an array of insurance products on a global basis. They are looking to recruit a Claims Manager to take responsibility for managing a portfolio of Property Claims, mainly emanating from the US and Canada. Their commitment to excellence and customer service drives them to navigate complex claims efficiently. They value expertise and a have a results-oriented approach, making them a trusted partner in the insurance industry.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all aspects of property claims, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.Lead a team of claims professionals, providing guidance and support throughout the claims process.Analyse and assess complex claims, utilizing knowledge of the London Market claims systems (e.g., ECF).Develop and implement strategies to improve claims processing efficiency and accuracy.Liaise with clients, insurance brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and resolution of claims.Required Skills and QualificationsProven experience in managing complex property claims, preferably within the London Market and preferably experience in US and Canadian Claims.Strong understanding of claims management systems and processes, including ECF.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess claims and make informed decisions.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.Relevant certifications or a degree in insurance, risk management, or a related field is preferred.
