With a big focus on in-house product development and manufacturing, collaboration and customer centricity, they have a well-known reputation for success in the market. They are now looking for an experienced formulation chemist in CASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants and Elastomers) to join the business as an Innovation Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who are looking for more autonomy and to have a massive impact on new product development and will suit candidates who enjoy being both customer and supplier facing.Benefits: Bonus scheme, private healthcare, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension scheme and a 37.5 hour working week Monday – Friday.
