This includes, providing technical support, revenue generation in add-on sales and professional service training and following up on presales cases as needed. You will work alongside SOTI’s partners which include leading tech giants that will keep you on the cusp of emerging technologies.What You Will DoDevelop and grow revenue through consultative selling with clients and prospects, presenting a warm, professional, well-spoken, and caring persona as an effective representative of SOTI.Provide email and telephone-based presales technical support for our software products.Perform production demonstrations that articulate the business and technical value of SOTI solutions.Collaborating with the regional sales team consultatively with clients/stakeholders. Helping them to envision the possibility of mobility.Educate on and facilitate SOTI solutions that can effectively address business and technical outcomes, positioning business value to customer organizations' decision-makers.Present the solution architecture, including all technical aspects of the product and supporting systems.Provide pre-sales technical support, installing and configuring enterprise software solutions during POC to prospective customers.Communicate with internal product development teams to resolve product issues & generate recommendations for product roadmaps (feature requests).Assist with the execution of internal team projects and initiatives.Experience You Will BringMinimum of 3-5 years of work experience with experience related to mobile device management solutions and enterprise mobility (Android, iOS, Linux, Windows), BYOD, SaaSPrior experience working in a technical customer-facing role. Ideally, as a pre-sales / sales engineer.Excellent written and verbal communication with demonstrated ability to communicate the complexities of technical programs.Knowledge of computer networking principles (DNS, IP network, Firewalls, etc.).Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity Application Management (IAM), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), the Identity provider (IdP),Knowledge of certificate authorities, certificate management & distribution, and encryption methodologies (SHA1/2, TLS, etc.).Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP protocol, and identity management systems.Understanding and experience with Databases (i.e., MS SQL server, MY-SQL, MongoDB, etc.).Understanding and/or knowledge of business processes & sales cycleKnowledge of containerization and virtualization.Work autonomously with minimum supervision.Able to plan, prioritize and organize workload, consistently working within service standards and agreed objectives.Nice to Have Qualifications:Cisco Certified Network Associate or equivalent.Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) - Exchange or equivalent experience.Understanding or knowledge of Cloud Computing or certification like AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate.Android Enterprise Professional.Any formal sales training - value selling, SPIN, Miller Heiman.Understanding of Rest APIs and coding (i.e., Java Scripting, HTML, etc.)Experience with customer service / Incident management software.Multilingual capabilities.About SOTISOTI is the world's most trusted provider of mobile and IoT management solutions, with more than 17,000 enterprise customers and millions of devices managed worldwide.
