They include Vista Equity Partners (“Vista”), General Catalyst, JPMC, American Express, HSBC, and Ericsson Ventures.About The RoleAs the EMEA Field Marketing Manager, you will be a key driver of our growth in the UK and META regions. You will be responsible for end-to-end execution of regional marketing programs, from managing the annual plan and budget to delivering high-impact events and creating compelling content. This role requires a blend of hands-on execution, strong analytical skills, and proactive engagement with the regional Sales teams.Responsibilities Regional Events & Webinars:End-to-end management of all regional in-person and virtual events (trade shows, conferences, partner events) and proprietary webinars targeting the UK and META regionsHandle all logistics, from venue/platform setup and vendor negotiation to speaker coordination and post-event lead flowMarketing Planning & Budget Management:Manage the annual regional marketing plan and budget for the UK and Middle East, ensuring alignment with EMEA business goals and sales prioritiesManage purchase requisitions, process invoices, track expenditures, and maintain fiscal responsibility for all regional activitiesPerformance Reporting & Analysis:Report on the performance of all regional marketing activities (events, webinars, partner activities, email campaigns)Analyse key metrics (MQLs, S1’s, pipeline influence) to provide insights and recommendations for optimising future programsSales Enablement & Alignment:Build and maintain close relationships with the EMEA Sales team (especially UK/Middle East leaders) to ensure marketing support is aligned with sales needs and goalsCommunicate program results and provide sales-ready materials and follow-up guidanceAI-Driven Efficiency & InnovationDrive Efficiency: Proactively identify and deploy AI-powered tools to streamline tasks related to project management (e.g., event timelines, campaign plans), data analysis, and content creationBe an AI Champion: Act as an internal resource by testing new platforms, developing best practices, and sharing successful AI workflows with the broader Marketing team to accelerate team-wide adoption and efficiencyContent & Communication:Copywriting for key regional assets, including marketing emails, social media posts, event landing pages, and region- specific messagingCompile and distribute the partner marketing newsletter, ensuring partners are informed about campaigns, events, and marketing contentConference Support:Provide hands-on support to deliver Menlo’s flagship conferences in EMEA (including InfoSec Europe, Gisec), to an exceptional standardAd Hoc Responsibilities:Support the broader marketing team with various projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitudeRequirements BA (Hons) or BSc (Hons) degree (or equivalent)2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in field marketing, demand generation, or campaignsExperience in a fast- paced, startup environment Excellent written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with Salesforce, Marketo, ZoomInfo, Monday.comProven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets simultaneouslyExcellent in writing copies and contents for demand generation materials such as emails, social posts, landing pagesWillingness to travel when required and ability to work independently and autonomouslyCybersecurity experience preferred but not essential MSGL-I4Why Menlo?Our culture is collaborative, inclusive, and fun We have five core values: Stay Aligned, Get It Done, Customer Empathy, Think Creatively and Help Each Other Out.
