This is an exciting opportunity to drive attendance for industry-leading conferences by engaging senior-level executives from global organisations.The role is ideal for someone who is motivated by targets, enjoys building relationships, and wants to grow quickly within a commercial environment. Full training, ongoing coaching, and a clear progression pathway are provided.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through to pitching and closing.Conduct outbound calls to engage new prospects and re-engage past contacts.Develop a strong network of decision-makers across a range of industries.Achieve monthly revenue targets and contribute to the success of major events.Attend international conferences to meet clients face-to-face and support onsite delivery.Candidate ProfileMotivated, target-driven, and committed to achieving results.Keen to build a long-term career in sales.Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.Positive, curious, and eager to learn.Able to prioritise, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.Proactive, solutions-focused, and enthusiastic about self-development.About the ClientOur client is a respected and fast-growing global events organisation, delivering high-quality conferences across a wide range of industries.
