Leatherhead, United Kingdom TenAV Full time
Job Description

As a Project Manager at TenAV, you will be involved in delivering high quality commercial AV projects throughout the UK/Europe. This is an excellent time to join, with large long-term projects in the pipeline and the opportunity to progress. This would suit someone looking to join a small, but very ambitious integration company and take the lead in projects and be part of a growing team of like-minded individuals that look after each other.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting site surveys with our sales team in the pre-sales stage and advising on best practice for equipment, considering cable runs, installation challenges and so forth on a project-by-project basis.
  • Drawing basic schematics for room designs, showing cable runs for the installation.
  • Managing a project from start to finish; from the site survey to the handover between the sales process and the engineers, attending project meetings, giving support on site to the engineers when challenges arise, organising sundries to be ordered and sent to site when required, and generally being the go-to for our engineering team.
  • Your time will be split between client sites, working from home and the office, supporting our Operations Manager, our Engineers and Sales teams to deliver high quality installations on time, and on budget.

Key requirements:

Essential

  • A minimum of 3 years of B2B project management experience within a technology background (at least some of this experience with a proAV integrator) and a strong employment history demonstrating the ability to successfully manage projects
  • Experience of working and managing contractors, including H&S implementation, onsite
  • A keen interest in technology and the industry as a whole and an understanding of the AV market including MTRs running on multiple platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Full, clean UK driving license and own transport.
  • Right to live and work in the UK.
  • A valid passport

Desirable

  • Working with office fit-out companies, contractors, facilities managers, and IT teams
  • Working within the audio-visual industry or an IT background.
  • Prince 2 Qualified
  • A working knowledge of Auto CAD

Benefits:

  • Highly competitive salary (c. £50k pa)
  • Workplace Pension
  • Up to 26 days holiday
  • Regular social and team building events.

TenAV is a successful, fun organisation with a passion for finding the right candidates to fit in with our unique and energetic company culture. If you wish to have a direct impact on the growth of a business, then we would love to hear from you
