My client is looking for a Senior Training Associate/Management Training Associate who has experience of Management Development and Training programmes. They are looking for someone who can help build a new offering using the latest Thinking and Technology for Leadership and Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess external evidence of best practice and ensure that leadership and management interventions have a clear evidence base.
  • Support the development of strategic leadership approach for the the client – to include detailed diagnostic work, engaging with internal and external stakeholders and staff networks to scope and design a sustainable programme of activity to build capacity and capability.
  • Determine a clear methodology for the analysis and ongoing evaluation of leadership impact and capability by developing insights from a range of existing sources of leadership and management performance metrics (recruitment
  • psychometrics, employee survey, 360-degree feedback and other internal and
  • external sources of insight)
  • Develop a clear evaluation methodology for leadership and management interventions
  • Create a clear communications plan and products to support an enhanced organisational dialogue about leadership and management practice.
  • Create an enhanced community of practice to enable ongoing support for leadership practice at all management levels.

Essential Skills

  • Experience of working within Organisational Development (or similar) Centres of Excellence within an organisation.
  • Experience of diagnosing organisational and leadership issues, and developing and managing impactful interventions in response.
  • Experience of managing leadership and management development processes and systems.
  • Experience of leading successful projects and interventions, to ensure delivery of identified outcomes, and to agreed time and budgets.
  • Data Analysis Experience.
