About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Literacy & Numeracy Intervention Mentor to join our team at The Grange Therapeutic School, part of Outcomes First Group.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to make a significant positive impact on the lives of pupils with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties. As part of our close-knit team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating literacy/numeracy interventions for pupils, working closely with the SENCO.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience of working with pupils and young people, an understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN), and the ability to quickly build relationships with challenging pupils.

You will also be required to work with the SENCO to identify pupils in need of additional interventions, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions effectively with pupils, and undertake data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Salary: £28,000
