Key Responsibilities

The Specialist Clinician will be responsible for leading and managing our Clinical Team at The Shires – Oakham, East Midlands. This includes:

  • Delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex profiles of need
  • Coordinating the line management of the onsite clinical team
  • Leading on the service development of the clinical school-based service
  • Providing supervision and support to the team
  • Contributing to staff training and consultation

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, speech & language therapy, or psychology, and experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs.
