Anderson Smith is an independent insurance broker based in Kinross, Scotland with an ever burgeoning reputation for delivering the right advice with a first class client service.
We have grown recently due to an acquisition and a large number of significant new business wins with further expansion is expected in the months and years to come. In order to ensure that existing and prospective clients continue to receive the high service standards we set, we now need another experienced account handler to join our team.
The Role
You will be handling a portfolio of complex high value clients (existing and new), often with a multi-policy insurance program in place. You will manage these clients' needs through renewals, adjustments, queries and any other issues that may arise. In addition to this, you will be broking these risks to the insurance market - liaising with insurers and negotiating the best possible terms. Your clients will operate in a wide range of business sectors and so your knowledge and experience will need to accommodate all classes of commercial business. The role is full-time only and 100% office based in Kinross.
The Person
You should be a proven Commercial Account Handler that wants to work in a growing and fast paced business. You must also be an experienced user of the Acturis broking application with a knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products (outlook, word, excel) to match.
In addition to a highly competitive salary, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package, including 28 days' annual leave (including bank holidays), a pension scheme and a bonus scheme.
