Job Summary

The AI Analytics group at Moody’s Ratings develops advanced machine learning (ML) solutions to power high-profile data science initiatives. To further strengthen our team, we seek an experienced Agile Delivery Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving the end-to-end delivery of impactful ML products. The ideal candidate will excel in an agile environment and have a deep understanding of technology-driven projects, ensuring seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams from inception through production deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate multiple cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agile environment, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of ML projects.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing agile best practices and encouraging innovation within teams.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, senior stakeholders, and product owners to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely tracking, reporting and resolution. 
  • Lead estimation processes with teams while managing dependencies, resource capacity, and schedules to ensure smooth project delivery. 
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Monitor project performance metrics and align project outcomes with business objectives, making necessary adjustments for success. 


Qualifications

  • 5+ years related technology experience, 3+ years of technology project/program management experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience and/or certification as an Agile product owner and scrum master.
  • Experience with matrix working relationships and best practices of Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning and generative AI technologies, along with practical experience in integrating these technologies into projects.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, along with strong interpersonal skills, negotiation experience, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
