About the Role

This challenging yet rewarding position involves collaborating with our Clinical Teams to deliver tailored assessment and intervention plans for children and young adults with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with occupational therapists, psychotherapists, and therapy assistants to provide comprehensive support services. ">
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing your expertise in speech and language therapy. ">
  • Contribute to staff training and consultation, fostering a cohesive and supportive team environment. ">
  • Share knowledge and best practices with external agencies, such as commissioners and healthcare professionals. ">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • ">
  • An Allied Health Professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy. ">
  • Registration with the HCPC and RCSLT. ">
  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams and with children, young people, and adults with complex needs. ">
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. ">
