**Supporting Children with Disabilities**
We are seeking a dedicated Administration Officer to join our team at Opus People Solutions Ltd, providing essential administrative support to the Disabled Children's Team.
This role involves managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with external partners.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative services to the Disabled Children's Team, including organizing tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring effective communication
- Assist with the preparation of reports, documents, and presentations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children and families receiving services
- Coordinate and organize events, training sessions, and meetings
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries from families, professionals, and stakeholders
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in social care or health environments
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- A compassionate approach and commitment to supporting children with disabilities and their families
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
**Salary:** The estimated hourly salary range for this position is £13.47, based on 37 weekly hours.
