It’s taken the beauty world by storm, revolutionising the lash and brow category to become the UK's biggest and one of the world's fastest-growing lash product brand.ResponsibilitiesConnect with the UKLASH customers across our platforms (email, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok) and provide best-in-class customer experience;Manage customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution;Connect with our warehouses on a daily basis to resolve logistic-related queries;Become an expert on UKLASH products and be able to help convert leads into customers;Support the customer service lead in providing insights and sharing customer feedback with the wider UKLASH team.Required skills and experienceMin. 1-2 years of experience in customer service in the cosmetic industryE-commerce / online business experience is a mustExperience in Shopify and CRM tools like Zendesk, GorgiasA quick learner, able to work in a fast-paced environmentDetail oriented & organised with impeccable written & verbal communication skills (English)A strong problem solver and critical thinker who can work independently and handle several tasks at the same timeA team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
