About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Service Advisor to join our team at a leading organisation in the customer service industry.

As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for inbound calls from valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to resolve their queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service and support via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
