Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Associate)


Ovise is a dynamic, up-and-coming technology transformation staffing partner. Over the last six months, we've built strong business foundations and secured significant global accounts, setting the stage for our strategic growth journey


With the success of the business from the outset, we are now looking to hire ambitious and highly motivated individuals who will be integral to Ovise’s founding team and the future of the business.


Recruitment isn’t an easy ride, with it requiring a high degree of resilience and a strong work ethic, so if you’re looking for a regular 9-5, please do not apply. With that being said, if you’re ready to make the sacrifices and put in the effort, the monetary upside is unrivalled, and your earning potential is uncapped Making this industry like no other.


This is a Trainee Recruitment Consultant opportunity for our UK office. However, 90% of our clients are in the United States, so we operate a slightly shifted workday to better accommodate the time difference: 10 AM – 7 PM Mon-Thu with 5 PM finishes on Friday


What to expect when joining Ovise?

  • Learn the candidate side for the first 6 months, focusing on resourcing roles (benefitting from our incredibly lucrative no-threshold commission structure).
  • Resource candidates for an array of full-time and consulting opportunities in the IT and digital world. This will help broaden your overall knowledge of technology staffing. Ensuring your candidate sourcing and screening process is razor-sharp before then looking to progress you to a Consultant role.
  • Benefit from a constant pipeline of jobs/roles to fill (giving you ample opportunities to earn commission).
  • 1-to-1 training from an experienced and proven biller, £1+ million billed in a single year.

What are we looking for at Ovise?

  • Previous sales or recruitment experience (desirable).
  • Strong communicator with excellent written English.
  • Highly ambitious, motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Examples where you’ve had to show a high degree of resilience.
  • Examples of entrepreneurship or sporting achievements.
