Job Description

We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly successful client in the media services and technology sector, seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Head of Media Services to lead and drive their media-focused professional and support services.

In this role, you’ll shape the service strategy, identifying growth areas and refining processes to ensure an outstanding client experience. You will also play a key role in managing budgets, optimizing resources, and leading a team dedicated to excellence. Your commercial acumen will be essential for creating effective governance frameworks, ensuring financial transparency, and maintaining competitiveness in the market. Through a combination of leadership, collaboration, and operational oversight, you’ll make a meaningful impact on both the team and the clients they serve.


To be successful in this role, you should bring proven experience in developing high-performing teams within the media and broadcast industries, with a strong background in service support and professional services. You will need a solid understanding of customer needs and the evolving media landscape, along with the ability to leverage the company’s expertise across additional verticals.


Exceptional commercial and analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to use data to make informed, strategic decisions. Adaptability and resilience are also critical, as you’ll need to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
