Area Sales Manager - Midlands region


Package:

  • The Person:

    • You will be engaging, confident, tenacious and vibrant by nature, a passionate team player that thrives in a fast paced luxury environment.
    • You will inspire and motivate your team, leading by example, coaching them to their best
    • An excellent communicator with strong collaboration and influencing skills.
    • Previous experience in a targeted area sales manager role running a high-profile region with a high value turnover
    • You are proactive, motivated and enthusiastic with a real drive to achieve exceptional results
    • An inspiring leader with a target driven sales focused mentality
    • Knowledge of the art world isn’t required; we provide industry leading training.

    This a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced and inspiring Area Sales Manager to join our business in our midland’s region.


    Leading 7 galleries across the region, your position will be integral to the development and success of each of your unique galleries. We are looking for a dynamic, commercially astute leader who is an exemplary role-model and passionate about inspiring sales teams by motivating, empowering, and providing development to bring sales strategies to life and drive success across the region.
