We are seeking a Luxury Retail Trainer to join our team and help shape the next generation of retail excellence.


The Role: As a Luxury Retail Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our retail staff. Your expertise will help cultivate a team that embodies our brand's values, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the highest standards of luxury service. You will work closely with the Brand Director and the Global Training team to align training initiatives with our overarching brand strategy. This role will also require occasional travel across Europe to conduct training sessions and support various retail locations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs focused on luxury retail best practices, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Director and store management to identify training needs and create tailored solutions to improve team performance.
  • Conduct training sessions in-store and at our training center, using innovative techniques to engage and inspire staff.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, encouraging staff to pursue excellence in their roles.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer expectations to ensure training materials are relevant and impactful.
  • Support new hires through onboarding processes, ensuring they are well-equipped to represent the brand from day one.
  • Participate in regional and global training initiatives, collaborating with the Global Training team to share best practices and enhance the training experience.
  • Travel across Europe as needed to provide on-site training and support to various retail locations.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in luxury retail training or senior management, with a strong understanding of luxury brand standards.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • A passion for fashion and a deep understanding of luxury customer service principles.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative training materials and methods.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring teams to achieve their full potential.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe as part of the role.
