High profile London Family Office has an exciting opportunity for private EA to join the team but also to manage the extensive art collection this is circa 30% of the role.Working as part of a team to support the PrincipalManaging the purchase, restoration, delivery, and installation of items in the art portfolioManaging the global art portfolioExtensive diary management, including scheduling for the business and the Private OfficeManaging correspondence, screening calls, facilitating conference callsPersonal work including arranging travel, activity research, weekend scheduling, and event organisationCo-ordinating complex travel itineraries to ensure all elements run seamlesslyManaging household staff across the property portfolioUpdating inventories, documentation, logs and providing weekly reportsNegotiating contracts and rates with external suppliersAssisting with project management and liaising with the Property team on renovation projectsWorking closely with Finance regarding record-keeping and budgetsAd-hoc research, negotiation, purchases and requestsCandidates must be degree educated and should have some evidence of working with art either by professional experience or education, an EA background is desirable""Many thanks for sending your CV, due to overwhelming response suitable candidates only can be contacted"
