As the Systems and Solutions Manager at Skills Alliance, you’ll be responsible for owning and maintaining our internal data and reporting. You will use multiple data streams and systems to support strategic decision-making. Application Development:
Build and manage data warehouse services to consolidate data across the organisation.
Map internal data and reporting requirements and adopt a visualisation tool such as Power BI.
Drive continuous improvement of existing ERP and CRM systems.

Data Analytics and systems management:
Take on our data visualisation journey focused on data process improvements, review and development of Reporting (ideally via Power BI).
Cleansing and auditing data to ensure it is fit for use.
Create and maintain Power BI Reports to meet wide ranging business requirements at all levels.
Utilising Microsoft technologies to capture and manipulate data.
Supporting and training the sales & leadership team on their data journey.
Create & provide data analytics reporting across our systems & applications.
Develop and manage data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
Implement processes to reduce risk and create cost efficiencies.
Proven experience with reporting, systems management, and data analysis.
A working knowledge of data warehousing and visualisation or business intelligence platforms such as Power BI
A working knowledge of ERP and CRM systems, ideally Sage Intaact, Vincere and Hubspot
An ability to identify software needs
Knowledge of architecture processes and performance reports of operating systems
Broad working knowledge of IT systems & applications, contract agreements, and project management methodology.

Experience with Tableau would be a plus.
Ability to take on line management in the future as the team expands.
