Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of robust Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, leveraging best practices and tailoring configurations to meet each client’s unique needs.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations , managing onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution and successful client outcomes.
  • Conduct workshops and facilitate strategic discussions , building strong client relationships and delivering trusted guidance at each stage of the project.
  • Mentor and guide a dedicated team, overseeing module configuration, testing, and deployment while ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals .

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong functional experience with the Oracle HCM Cloud , especially in the Core HCM module .
  • Proven background in implementing process changes and driving transformations .
  • Skilled at managing and facilitating workshops and discussions , ensuring clear project goals and alignment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud projects, including managing offshore teams for high-quality outcomes.
