Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and implementation of comprehensive Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, leveraging best practices within the product’s flexibility.
  • Act as a Process Lead, managing offshore teams and facilitating transformation workshops .
  • Lead stakeholder meetings , building relationships and expanding your network to meet evolving needs.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Oracle HCM modules, managing configurations, testing, and deployment.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong functional experience with the Oracle HCM Cloud , especially in the Core HCM module.
  • Proven experience guiding business process changes within HR.
  • Skilled at managing and facilitating workshops and discussions , ensuring clear project goals and alignment.
  • Experience with additional Oracle HCM modules such as Payroll , Benefits , or Workforce Modelling is advantageous.
