We are now seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Development Executive, you will:

  • Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities, primarily targeting clients across London and the West End.
  • Utilise effective sales techniques to acquire new clients and grow the company's contract base.
  • Make outbound calls and conduct face-to-face client meetings to expand your portfolio of accounts.
  • Prepare and present competitive quotes to clients following meetings, demonstrating a strong understanding of their requirements.
  • Work towards and exceed sales targets, using your persistence and goal-oriented approach to succeed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client on boarding and service delivery.
Skills & QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Proven experience in sales, recruitment, business development, or field sales.
  • A highly motivated, target-driven mindset, with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
  • A proactive attitude, with strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Full UK driver's license, as the role involves frequent travel across London.
