About the Role: Join a dynamic team and play a crucial role in driving the development and implementation of internal and external portals. As a Technical Project Manager, you'll leverage your business analysis, project management, and technical expertise to ensure the successful delivery of these initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements for portal projects.
Translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
Lead the project lifecycle from initiation to delivery.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders.
Identify and manage project risks.
Coordinate resources and ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with the team to establish testing protocols.
Manage post-launch support and gather feedback.

Qualifications:
~5+ years of experience in technical project management, business analysis, or a similar role.
~ Strong experience in gathering requirements, writing specifications, and translating business needs into technical outcomes.
~ Demonstrated experience in managing project lifecycles, particularly for web portals or software applications.
~ Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
~ Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
~ Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
~ Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in agile development environments.
~ Ability to identify, manage, and mitigate project risks.


Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working in a startup environment or managing portal rollouts.
Familiarity with business process modeling and tools.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, or cloud technologies.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and web technologies.
Experience in managing or deploying internal and customer-facing portals.
Notion experience for project documentation, task tracking, and team collaboration.
Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Project Management.
