About the Role:

Join a dynamic team and play a crucial role in driving the development and implementation of internal and external portals. As a Technical Project Manager, you'll leverage your business analysis, project management, and technical expertise to ensure the successful delivery of these initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements for portal projects.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
  • Lead the project lifecycle from initiation to delivery.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project risks.
  • Coordinate resources and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with the team to establish testing protocols.
  • Manage post-launch support and gather feedback.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, business analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong experience in gathering requirements, writing specifications, and translating business needs into technical outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing project lifecycles, particularly for web portals or software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in agile development environments.
  • Ability to identify, manage, and mitigate project risks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in a startup environment or managing portal rollouts.
  • Familiarity with business process modeling and tools.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, or cloud technologies.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and web technologies.
  • Experience in managing or deploying internal and customer-facing portals.
  • Notion experience for project documentation, task tracking, and team collaboration.
  • Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Project Management.
