Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a candidate to oversee key areas of our business, including sales, financial management, operations, supply chain, and customer relations. Success in this role requires a competitive, sales-oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills. This role is ideal for a current manager or an experienced sales professional ready to step into a management position.


Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and drive team activities to achieve profitable sales
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Monitor operational performance and address issues proactively
  • Implement pricing strategies and work towards ambitious growth goals
  • Manage inventory to ensure timely and efficient order fulfilment
  • Prepare financial reports
  • Negotiate and manage supplier agreements
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff across business functions
  • Develop extensive product knowledge to support staff and advise customers
  • Oversee the onboarding of new hires and provide ongoing training for current team members


Key Skills Required

  • 2+ years of experience in Electrical Wholesale
  • Proven success in sales and customer acquisition
  • Strong business skills, including budget management, staff development, and training
  • Excellent judgment and independent decision-making abilities
  • Exceptional leadership and people skills
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Strong negotiation skills
