Business Development Manager

Purpose of the Role of Business Development Manager - Temporary Accommodation :

Due to expansion, this cash rich, astutely run business is now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to realise their ambitious growth plans for the hire modular accommodation and anti-vandal cabins within the construction market sector. Your focus will be to utilise your knowledge of this market in developing new opportunities to win projects within an assigned portfolio of accounts which include house builders, developers, main contractors and civil contractor in the county of Yorkshire

For the position of Business Development Manager - Education, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Must have sales experience within the temporary accommodation sector at some point
  • Enjoys a hands-on approach, getting involved in all aspects of a project
  • Driving licence

· £40k - £45k basic salary, £10k - £14k OTE uncapped quarterly commission
